St. Luke Life Teen
Core Team
We are a group of Adults, Young Adults and Confirmed Teens with a deep love for Christ and His Church. We are committed to responding to our Baptismal call to proclaim the Good News to the young church (High School Faith Formation). Pray about joining the St. Luke Life Teen Core Team and come see one of us. We are happy to welcome you!
Small Group Leader: Lead a healthy discussion guided by the provided questions related to the topic of the life night.
Ice Breaker Team: Coordinate and lead fun, interactive games to kick off each Life Night.
Send Team: Prepare and lead the prayer activity provide in the Life Teen outline to close out the Life Nights.
Proclaimer: Prepare and present a 10 minute proclaim (teaching) using the resources and scripts provided by Life Teen.
Food Team: Help maintain the youth lounge snacks stocked and coordinate meals for special occasions.
Music Team: Help lead teens in prayer through praise and worship.
Parent on Patrol: Help us keep maintain a safe environment for our teens and volunteers, monitoring the entrances and halls. Sometimes you may be needed to help with chairs set up.
Requirements:
- Safe Environment Training
- Be a model of our Catholic faith. (Have obtained or are in the process of obtaining the Sacraments of Initiation: Baptism, Communion and Confirmation).
- Commit to attend each life night and serve with joy.
