Kolbe Ministry
The Koble Prison Ministry team are asking for your prayers and cookies for their upcoming prison retreat at the Stringfellow Unit being held May 8th - 10th, 2025. This ministry brings hope to the men in white while we worship God together and see the power of the Holy Spirit transform lives. Please keep our team in prayer during our retreat and any donation of cookies will be a blessing to us. If you can, please drop the cookies off at the church office no later than Monday, May 5th.

Stewardship Council

Men’s Acts Retreat
Our ACTS community is inviting any man 18 years or older to register for our upcoming retreat, April 24-27, 2025. Food Fest
We would like to invite everyone to come to our Food Fest on Tuesday, April 29th at the KC Hall in Pearland. Come sample great food from local restaurants from the surrounding community and enjoy DJ music and fellowship. Tickets can be purchased online or after all masses today.

Parish Office Closure
Please note that the Parish Office will close at noon on Thursday, April 17th. It will remain closed on Friday, April 18th and Monday, April 21st. The office will reopen with normal hours on Tuesday, April 22nd. There will be no Mass on Monday, April 21st.

Decorating the Church
Saturday morning after the 9am Morning Prayer we will take time to clean and decorate our parish grounds for Easter. Please join us if you would like to take part in this special community effort to prepare for the celebration!

Easter Fest Save the Date
Save the date! Our parish will be closing the Easter season with an Easter Fest on Sunday, May 25th at 5pm! Children and adults are both welcome to bring their Easter baskets, and we will have games, snacks, and pictures with the Easter Bunny! If you would like to contribute to this event, we ask that you please donate individually wrapped candy to the bins in the narthex. Thank you for your generosity!

Office Closures
Please note that our campus will be closed tomorrow in honor of the Easter holiday. Offices will be closed, and Mass has been cancelled. We will resume with our regular schedule on Tuesday, April 22nd.

The Knights of Columbus and the Sagemont Civic Club
will be hosting the third annual SOUTH BELT CLEAN UP PROJECT. It will be held on Saturday May 3rd at Beverly Hills Intermediate. 4 hours of community service. Stop by the narthex after mass today to purchase your tickets for the Food Fest being held on Tuesday, April 29th at the KC Hall in Pearland. All proceeds from this event will to go the Capital Campaign. Tickets purchased for the 2024 Food Fest that was cancelled, due to the hurricane, will be honored if presented. Thank you for your support.

This summer, Virtuoso invites all young adults ages 18-30 to join us for our new series, Boundless. Together, we’ll explore what it means to live with true freedom in Christ - fully alive, rooted in truth, and open to the life God created us for. Join us weekly as we dive into prayer, conversation, and community! Meetings will be held in the Youth Room every Wednesday at 7PM starting on May 21st through August 6th. There will also be a community kickoff event at El Franco Lee Park on Friday, May 16th at 7PM where we will be playing sports and games & grilling some delicious food! All young adults 18-30 are welcome!

Groundbreaking
On April 5th, we gathered at our Riverstone Ranch Campus to celebrate a special milestone—the groundbreaking for the Family Life Center. We moved forward with this step in faith, ensuring no delays once we're ready to build. We understand that many members of our parish family were unable to attend this important event. To help everyone feel connected to this moment, we’ve prepared Groundbreaking Bags with soil from our permanent home. Please pick up a bag on your way out. We invite you to take some and sprinkle it at your own home, symbolizing the unity between our spiritual and family homes. Please continue to pray for the construction of the Family Life Center and all those involved in its construction. Additional information can be found on our communication platforms.

Guadalupana Tacos:
St. Luke’s Asociacion Guadalupana will be hosting a Breakfast Taco Fundraiser on Sunday, May 4, 2025 after the 8:00am and 10:00am Masses. Plates are $6.00 each. Enjoy two delicious, stuffed breakfast tacos (potato and egg or chorizo and egg) and refried beans. A perfect way to start the day! All proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards our scholarships. Thank you for your continued support!

Flores de Mayo
Our Filipino Ministry invites the people of St. Luke to celebrate Flores de Mayo with them at the 5:30pm Mass on Saturday, May 10th. After Mass there will be a rosary and fellowship in the courtyard. Flores de Mayo is a Filipino Mother's Day tradition to honor the Virgen Mary, so please join us as we crown and honor our spiritual mother!
Nuestro Ministerio Filipino invita a los feligreses de San Lucas a celebrar Flores de Mayo con ellos en la misa de las 5:30pm del sábado 10 de mayo. Beginning Monday, May 5th we will be implementing new office hours. The new parish office schedule will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
