In keeping with the theme of the Roaring Twenties, participants are invited to arrive in Flapper Fashion.

Atendees and Event Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.

The final date to reserve and pay is Thursday, September 12th at 5:30 PM

Admission

$80 per person or $800 table of 10.

  • Table & individual seat sales will begin August 6th. They can be purchased in the Admin Building from 9am-5:30pm.

  • Tickets may be paid online after submitting a reservation request. Once approved Gala Staff will send a confirmation link so that payment can be made.

Seating

A diagram of the table placement will be provided. If a table is paid in full, the table can be chosen upon completion of payment on a first come first served basis. Only those who purchase a full table will get to choose a location.  

  • A few tables set aside for individual seat sales. These attendees will be seated at the discretion of the Gala event staff.

Venue (Reception Hall)

The Reception Hall sells beer, mixed drinks, soft drinks and has a snack bar available.

Dinner

Dinner will be served from 6pm-8pm. Please be on time, as the kitchen closes at 8pm.

    • Dinner Salad with Strawberry Dressing
    • Chicken Breast with Tuscan Sauce
    • Beef with Chimichurri Sauce
    • Vegetable Medley
    • Garlic Mashed Potatoes
    • Dinner Roll
  • Tea and/or water will be served with the meal.
  • Dessert will not be served with the meal. Desserts can be purchased through the Dessert Silent Auction.
  • A self-service Coffee & Water station will be available.
