As Father Antonio mentioned in his recent Faith in Focus video, Jesus asks us for faith and prayer. We cannot have faith in Christ if we do not love Him. How do we show Jesus love? We do this through the intimacy of prayer. Prayer will lead us to having faith. This faith, gives us confidence that will open us up to the power and possibilities that God wants to actualize in our favor. Starting 1 March, let us pause daily at 12 and 3, gathering in prayer for the future of St. Luke, trusting in God’s guidance and blessings for all that is to come. Collect a prayer card (front and back) at the Narthex next to the statue of St. Joseph!

Como el Padre Antonio mencionó en su reciente video Fe in Focus, Jesús nos pide fe y oración. No podemos tener fe en Cristo si no lo amamos. ¿Cómo mostramos el amor de Jesús? Hacemos esto a través de la intimidad de la oración. La oración nos llevará a tener fe. Esta fe, nos da confianza que nos abrirá al poder y posibilidades que Dios quiere actualizar a nuestro favor. Hagamos una pausa diaria a las 12pm y 3pm, reuniéndonos en oración por el futuro de San Lucas, confiando en la guía y bendiciones de Dios para todo lo que está por venir.
