Come and get vaccinated!
- Vaccinations will be given to all age groups.
- If you have insurance that covers vaccinations
- You will be asked to fill out a form with your insurance information and the shots (Flu & Pfizer COVID-19) will not cost you anything out of pocket.
- Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines will be at no out of pocket costs for those who have insurance.
- If your insurance does not cover vaccinations or you do not have insurance
- You will be given a different form and the flu shot can be administered at no cost to you through the use of a voucher.
- Free vaccine vouchers can only be used for those that are 64 years of age and younger.
- If you are 65 years of age and up, you can still get vaccinated, however, you will have to provide health insurance information. The free vouchers do not apply for those 65 and older.
