Children's Collection

Beginning Easter Sunday 2022, children will once again have the opportunity to practice good stewardship and give of their own treasures during the collection at Mass.  

Our Altar Servers will place a basket at the altar.  Once our hospitality ministers begin to pass the collection baskets, our young church are welcome to come up to the altar. 

Youth & Stewardship

All that we have and all that we are is a gift from God. Stewardship teaches us to be grateful for the gifts entrusted to us. We each have a responsibility to make a plan for how we will return a portion of our gifts of time, talent, and treasure in service to others.

Learning about spiritual disciplines reminds us that certain behaviors are very helpful when practiced consistently. One of those disciplines would definitely be learning about and practicing stewardship. A great place to start is simply understanding what the word means! Then, just having on going simple conversations about how we are each to faithfully use gifts from God (time, talents and treasure) to honor Him, and how doing so, helps us truly show that we are grateful for the gifts and do not take them for granted.
