Alejandro Balleza is our Youth Minister Assistant, who works with the youth on their faith formation. He works alongside Ivette Galvan Oviedo, our Youth Minister Coordinator as her personal assistant aiding her in wherever necessary. Alejandro was Born and Raised in Houston, Texas and received all his sacraments at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, where he also began volunteering at their Confirmation program as a group leader and facilitating small groups in 2021. He would later go on to be an assistant for classroom-like lessons given out to the youth in preparation for their Confirmation. He is now an official catechist who teaches at confirmation programs, and points his help with faith formation for highschoolers. He is currently attending the University of Saint Thomas in Houston, Texas, in pursuit of a Theology degree in hopes of becoming a teacher of Theology.
