Rosary Garden and Blessings of Statue of Mary

The Catholic Daughters of the Americas (CDA) #2292 began an almost year long project turning our once old children's playground into a beautiful Rosary Prayer Garden. On July 16, 2020, Fr. Guthrie presided over the blessings and it was officially open for prayer gatherings. On October 7, 2020, Fr. Guthrie officially blessed the statue of Mary (Our Lady of Fatima) that now resides in the Rosary Garden. The statue was donated by an anonymous donor and the concrete platform was poured by a few of our parishioners. Since the establishment of the Rosary Prayer Garden, many of our prayer groups have taken advantage of this tranquil and lovingly created prayer space. The plants in the garden continue to be freshen up and maintained by our CDA members.
