Just Breathe is a St. Luke ministry focused on people who need assistance and/or support with their mental health. If you or someone you know is struggling, you are not alone. Life is difficult and often throws many challenges our way. Often we become overwhelmed but are too busy to notice. A change in behavior or mood may be the early warning signs that our mental health is suffering and this should never be ignored. Just Breathe is a ministry consisting of people who come together to share their experiences, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to know that they are not alone. A Ministry Lead is present at all meetings to assist with directing group members to resources and/or facilities to get additional help if needed.
