As part of our faith we believe that the Church is not just a building, but rather a community of believers. There is no power or beauty in a church without the people of God who sing, worship and do God's work, using the buildings as a launch pad from which to reach their community. Truly, the most important feature of the structures is how it is used to glorify the name of God and uplift His people.
Our church today is an active, welcoming and diverse community comprised of over 1,100 households. Led by a dedicated pastor and strong lay/volunteers leaders, there are numerous ways in which people of all ages participate in the educational, spiritual, and social service ministries of our parish. However, at this time, we are facing some significant challenges. Our original campus is showing signs of its age and is too small for our congregation. Our goal is to raise $10 million to build a multi-purpose building called the Family Life Center at our Riverstone Ranch Campus. We will divide our $10 million overall goal into three separate campaings. It will take all of us, who call St. Luke their spiritual home, giving our best effort to help make this a reality. Como parte de nuestra fe, creemos que la Iglesia no es solo un edificio, sino una comunidad de creyentes. No hay poder ni belleza en una iglesia o sus edificios sin el pueblo de Dios que canta, adora y hace la obra de Dios, usando los edificios como una plataforma de lanzamiento desde la cual llegar a su comunidad. Verdaderamente, la característica más importante de las estructuras es cómo se usan para glorificar el nombre de Dios y elevar a Su pueblo.
