Seminarian at St. Luke

As a fifth-generation Houstonian having been raised Methodist as the first of two (identical twins) by my single mother, in college I found myself exploring my faith and ended up in RCIA.  Confirmed in 2016, it took years to hear God clearly and to desire His will.  Unexpectedly, His path led me to work for two Catholic churches whilst growing in my desire to serve Him and His people.  Through that same overwhelming love, I have embarked upon an incredible journey which has resulted in my role as a seminarian for the great Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston to be formed in a deeper love of truth, God, my humanity, and my neighbor.  Deo gratias!

Como houstoniano de quinta generación, habiendo sido criado como metodista como el primero de dos (gemelos idénticos) por mi madre soltera, en la universidad me encontré explorando mi fe y terminé en RICA. Confirmado en 2016, tomó años escuchar a Dios con claridad y desear su voluntad. Inesperadamente, Su camino me llevó a trabajar para dos iglesias católicas mientras crecía en mi deseo de servirle a Él ya Su pueblo. A través de ese mismo amor abrumador, me he embarcado en un viaje increíble que ha dado como resultado que mi papel como seminarista de la gran Arquidiócesis de Galveston-Houston se forme en un amor más profundo por la verdad, Dios, mi humanidad y mi prójimo.
