1st Annual Gala Night - Fundraiser

The Capital Campaign Steering Committee will be hosting our 1st St. Luke Gala Night on October 21, 2023 from 6:30pm-Midnight at the Gardens Houston (Beamer).

• Guests must be 17 years of age and older to attend event.
• Admission: Tables $700 (seats 10) and Individual Seats $70
• Attire will be evening/cocktail attire (No Jeans).
• Complimentary Beer & Wine.
• Music - DJ
• All proceeds will go to benefiting the St. Luke Capital Campaign.
• Tickets are non-refundable. If you are not able to attend, reach out to Gala Coordinator to give the name of the alternate taking their place (before October 12th), or please consider the admission fee a donation.
• Doors will open at 5:30pm - check in and viewing/bidding of auction items.  
• No admission tickets will be sold at the door. Ticket sales will end as of 5:30pm October 12, 2023.
• Individual wrist bands will be provided - name (first name and last name initial) & auction number. Wrist bands can be found at assigned table.
• Cash or credit cards will be required for purchases (Bar & Golden Ticket Drawing), as well as for payment of auction items.
  • Winners will be given auction sheets and can pay out with the cashiers prior to 11pm.
• Cash Bar (6:30pm-11pm) - Texas Grill 49 - Cash/Credit Card

Dinner
Dinner will be served from 6:30pm-7:30pm. Catered by The Garden - Houston

• Salad (Ranch or Italian Dressing)
• Chicken Cordon Bleu w/Vegetable Medley, Roasted New Potatoes and Dinner Roll
• Beverage served with meal - Water or Sweet Tea
• Self Served Fruit Bar

Dessert
Fruit will be provided, however, the purpose of the Dessert Auction is to give our guest the opportunity to bid on dessert items and take back to the table and either share with their table mates and/or take home. Forks and dessert plates will be provided with all desserts. Self Served Coffee Station will be provided as well.

Golden Ticket ($50)
Head to the Golden Ticket Table and purchase (cash/credit card) an entry (ticket). Before 9pm all ticket holders will be instructed to return to the Golden Ticket Table to redeem their ticket for a candy bar and head to the middle of the dance floor. A countdown will occur, at the end of the countdown, all Golden Ticket participants will simultaneously open their candy bar wrapper to see who is the Golden Ticket Winner!
