- The catechist will ask the student to behave accordingly and correct.
- The child will be sent to the Coordinators office for a short period of time and counseled by either the Session Administrator or the Director.
- When the child returns to the room, and repeatedly continues to disrupt the class or if it happens each week, a meeting will be set up with the director and the parent.
Any student's conduct that is absolutely inappropriate will be sent to the Coordinator's office immediately and the parents will be contacted.

Please no parking or standing in the fire lanes “just to run in to the building.” This causes a traffic jam and endangers not only vehicles but also the safety of the students.
For safety issue, please do not park against curb (painted red) to pick up your elementary child. This is a fire lane and should not have any cars parked there. Children will be waiting in their classroom. Preschoolers will be waiting in the Preschool wing or in the Education Building
Unscheduled class cancellations
When streets are beginning to flood or become icy, please call the office, 481-4251, to see if classes have been canceled. Maintenance problems may occur that might leave the education building unusable, please make sure your child enters the building before leaving the parking lot
We request a permission note for your children to walk, ride his/her bike, or meet you on the church grounds. Please state if it is for one day or for the year. It is our policy that children will remain inside the building until they are met by a parent.
Junior & Senior High School parents are asked to pick their children up promptly. Intermediate students must provide us with written permission in order to walk or ride their bike home. High school students may walk, ride bikes or drive. St. Luke’s is not responsible for high school students after they are dismissed from class.
